Beyond Talent: Leadership, Mission and the Charisms (E2)
An introduction to the basics of discerning charisms and the profound impact that exercising these amazing gifts of the Holy Spirit has on individual parishioners and pastoral leaders, on parish communities, and on the world.

Gifted for a Life Beyond Our Wildest Dreams (H6)
An introduction to the basics of discerning charisms and how these amazing gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to all the baptized.  Charisms are both important clues to the work of life for which God has created us and supernaturally empowered tools with which to carryout out our mission.

Sherry Weddell  created the first gifts discernment program designed especially for Catholics in 1993.  Since then, she has taught tens of thousands of lay and ordained Catholics in North America, Oceania, Asia, and Rome about the lay apostolate, gifts discernment, and vocational discernment and has trained thousands of parish leaders to help their parishioners discern God's call.  She co-founded the Catherine of Siena Institute, an affiliated ministry of the Western Dominican Province in 1997, with Michael Sweeney, OP.  She lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she serves as Co-Director of the Catherine of Siena Institute.
